Michael Hackeling

Founder of Realty Presentations, Inc. and CEO of RPI Media, Inc., Michael is dedicated to helping people find the right place. The company developed the Live South Real Estate Shows, Living Southern Style magazine and LiveSouth.com. Since 1989, these resources have helped thousands of people find their ideal location. Michael knows that where you live affects how you live. In 1989, he and his family moved from New York to the South. He experiences firsthand how location affects quality of life. He is very familiar with real estate and retirement planning matters through his earlier career as an attorney and many years of real estate investing. David Robertson

Editor of Ideal Living magazine, David moved south to attend East Carolina University, where he completed a Journalism degree. He developed the newcomer program for Wilmington, NC’s Chamber of Commerce prior to joining RPI Media, Inc. He is now its President and a principal partner. He also chairs the American Association of Retirement Communities’ Board of Directors. He has spoken on relocation and retirement topics across the nation. His network of industry contacts includes builders, developers and real estate marketers. Dave resides in Bonita Springs FL.
