Shipping Information
SHIPPING TO THE SHOW:
Exhibitors are responsible for getting their display and sales materials to the Show. This can be accomplished in one of three ways:
• Recommended Method: Ship to the Show decorator's warehouse for delivery to the Show site. This is the BEST way to get your booth and materials to the Show. There is a Material Handling fee for weights over 500lbs. and sizes larger than 120 cubic feet (4'x4'x7.5').
• Bring your display and sales materials with you.
• Ship directly to the Hotel. Handling/storage fees may apply.
SHIPPING FROM SHOW TO SHOW:
Exhibitors are responsible for getting their display and sales materials from Show to Show. This can be accomplished in one of three ways:
• Recommended Method: RPI CARAVAN SERVICE. If your company plans to exhibit in more than one Show, your display and sales materials may be shipped by the Show decorator from the first Show you are attending to subsequent Shows via our CARAVAN SERVICE. This is the most convenient and reliable way to get your display and sales materials from Show to Show. There is a Material Handling fee for weights over 500 lbs. Overage cost for freight shipped to california will be approximately twice the normal cost due to the added distance and rising fuel prices. Your materials will automatically be shipped to the next Show you are contracted to exhibit in and delivered directly to your booth.
• Bring your display and sales materials with you.
• Ship directly from one Hotel to the next. This is NOT recommended, as it is both costly and unreliable.
SHIPPING FROM THE SHOW TO ANOTHER DESTINATION:
Exhibitors are responsible for supplying a shipping address, carrier information and method of payment for any destination other than a subsequent, contracted RPI Show. Shipments may be initiated in one of two ways:
• Through the Show decorator. Reber-Friel will take your materials to their warehouse and ship them to the specified destination per your instructions. All shipping charges must be paid/arranged for in advance. NOTE: Reber Friel cannot ship from their warehouse via FedEx Freight.
• Through the Hotel. Handling/storage fees may apply. Exhibitor is responsible for supplying and completing all shipping forms.
